14x Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the terms and rules governing use of the 14x platform. Please read these terms carefully in their entirety before registering or using any of our services. By accessing the 14x platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account or accessing any part of the 14x platform, you automatically agree to comply with and be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 14x's services. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the 14x platform.
The 14x platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information you provide is true, accurate, and current. Use of the platform by individuals who do not meet the age requirement is strictly prohibited, and any associated accounts may be terminated immediately.
14x reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes that have come into effect. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 14x platform. During registration, you are required to provide your full name, a valid email address, phone number, and any other required information. All details must be accurate and must not belong to another person. Registering with a false identity or using another person's information is a serious violation of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 14x shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 14x support team immediately via email at [email protected].
Users are prohibited from using the 14x platform for any unlawful activities, including fraud, money laundering, match fixing, or system interference. The use of automated software, bots, or any tools to access or modify the platform without written authorisation is strictly prohibited. Violations of these rules may result in account termination and legal action.
14x services are intended exclusively for users in Malaysia. Users from regions or countries where these services are prohibited by law are not permitted to use the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful under the regulations applicable in your location. 14x reserves the right to restrict access based on geographic location at any time.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 14x platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via approved payment methods including FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go e-wallet, and other methods available from time to time. 14x does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly, and any currency conversion is entirely the user's responsibility.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's current policies, which may change from time to time. Withdrawals will be processed within the designated timeframe, depending on the chosen payment method and required verification process. 14x reserves the right to hold or delay any transaction that raises suspicion, pending investigation.
All bonuses, promotional credits, and special offers are subject to their own terms of use as specified for each promotion. Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the stipulated wagering requirements have been met. 14x reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through unauthorised means or in breach of the relevant promotion terms.
In the event of a technical error or system fault that results in an incorrect transaction, 14x reserves the right to correct the discrepancy and restore the accurate balance in the user's account. Users agree to cooperate fully in the process of resolving any transaction disputes that may arise.
Liability Limitations & Account Policies
The 14x platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 14x makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. 14x shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
In the event of service disruptions, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 14x's control — such as power outages, network issues, or natural disasters — 14x shall bear no liability for any loss or damage suffered by users. Users are advised not to rely solely on the platform for any significant financial decisions.
14x reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion that the account has violated the terms of use, engaged in fraudulent activity, or been used for purposes that contravene applicable laws in Malaysia. Balances in accounts terminated due to serious violations may be forfeited at 14x's discretion following an investigation.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
All content on the 14x platform, including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and other materials, is the exclusive property of 14x and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from 14x.
The 14x platform may contain links or references to third-party websites for users' convenience. 14x does not control or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Access to external websites is entirely at the user's own risk, and 14x makes no warranties regarding the content or services offered by any third party.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. Users hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
